They are selling servant quarter as separate units in Purva waves.
ReplyDeleteBuyer has to go for two agreements one for main flat another for servant flat. When I asked the reason they told me that they have kept these units separate as this needed to keep some units for weaker sections of the society to get the plan sanctioned. Is it legal for me to buy this servant unit when I don’t belong to Economically weaker section as per definition which goes like rs 10000 pm income category.
Has some body bought a flat with servant quarter in Purva Palm beach, how many agreements you did?? Is it legal to buy a ews unit when you are not weak economically??
